Featured speakers are carcinoid specialists Matthew Kulke, MD of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA and Thomas O'Dorisio, MD of Iowa University Health Care, Iowa City; Judy Lyter; RN, MS, LPS a former oncology nurse, with Dr. Harold Harvey of Penn State Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA moderating.
